Auto Withdraw Tuition

At Carolina Flipz we want to make things as simple as possible for you! We can auto-draft your monthly tuition each month with a credit/debit card information stored on your account. Accounts will be auto-drafted on the 20th of each of month. If you prefer not to have your card on file charged you can pay online or over the phone with another form of payment before the 19th of each month.

Make Up Classes

When your child misses a class at Carolina Flipz you will automatically be issued with a Make-Up token! Make-Up tokens can be used in any "like" class that has room in it! Make-Up tokens must be used within 45 days of the missed class. Make up classes must be scheduled with the front desk 24 hours + prior to the class.

Reprocessing Fees

Monthly Tuition is due on the 20th of each month. A reprocessing fee of $20 will be assessed on all declined automatic tuition transactions.

Discounts

• Carolina Flipz offers multiple family member discounts (immediate family only). 1st Sibling - $20 off. 2nd Sibling- $30 off. 3rd Sibling - $40 off.

• Carolina Flipz offers $20off to all Law Enforcement and Military Families (Thank you for your service!)

• BOGO - When the same child is enrolled in a second class the second class is $50 off the regular price.

Class Closure

Carolina Flipz will be closed on the following Holidays:

• New Years Day

• Memorial Day

• 4th of July

• Labor Day

• Halloween (afternoon and evening classes)

• Thanksgiving Day

• Christmas Eve & Christmas Day

Track your Students Progress Online

Log into your iClass Pro parent portal account and then click on "my account" on the left side of the screen, and under student click on " evaluations". You can see which skills have been introduced, which skills are being learned, and which skills have been mastered.
