Why Us?

Our Mission is to provide a fun, motivating, and positive environment to develop confidence, self-esteem, and healthy bodies through the exciting sport of gymnastics. We do this every day by instilling our core values in everything we do and teach. Our core values are:

Our Story

Carolina Flipz is a recreational facility located in Pineville, NC that inspires learning gymnastics, cheerleading, tumbling and ninja workout skills with a purpose to “Experience the Fun.” Beyond the physical skills we also take pride in training our athletes and families to be epic human beings with their social, emotional and mental

health. Our positive environment fosters a love for the sport even during the most challenging times.
