WHAT GYMNASTICS CAN OFFER YOUR CHILD

We believe gymnastics contributes physically and mentally to the body.

As children progress, they will become strong, confident, more flexible, and determined.
They will also learn to take these skills off the mat and into life!

recreational gymnastics

Gymnasts will work on all gymnastic events including: bars, beam, floor, and vault. Focus is placed on flexibility, strength, skill development and self-confidence to become a well rounded athlete.

Lesson plans and drills are utilized to optimize skill progression through the various levels of classes. These classes are available for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels.

Coaches work with each child, at their own level, to make them feel empowered in and out of the gym.

From 6 months to 17 years old - We have a program for everyone!

USAG & AAUAAU

Team North Carolina Gymnastics governs AAU Gymnastics related activities in the state of North Carolina. The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) of the United States is one of the largest non-profit, volunteer sports organizations in the U.S. dedicated to the development and promotion of all amateur sports programs. Team North Carolina AAU Gymnastics offers a positive, friendly competitive league with no mobility or eligibility standards, allowing gymnasts of all ability levels the opportunity to gain a competitive gymnastics experience.

When your child joins our gymnastics competition team, you will see them build confidence, a strong work ethic, and self-discipline. Our philosophy is one of excellent basics, form, technique, conditioning, and flexibility. We teach a strong foundation because we believe it will lead to a safe, continual, and smooth transition from one skill to the next.

Our coaches will help determine which of the several levels of competitive gymnastics is right for your child.
