What The Ninja & Parkour Can Offer Your Child

Carolina Flipz Ninja Warrior & Parkour programs have several benefits for your child. They will learn focus and concentration, increase agility, improve flexibility and balance, gain confidence, spatial awareness, and functional skills.

Ninja Warrior Workout

Recreational

This high-energy combination of obstacle training, martial arts, gymnastics, and freestyle movement is designed to harness an athletes limitless energy for a total body workout that builds strength, endurance, and character.


This one hour class is for both boys and girls ages 6 yrs - 15 yrs that are excited to build strength, coordination and endurance through ninja warrior workouts, obstacle courses and exercises; including the 12' warped wall! Give us a call to sign up for a class or inquire for more information.


We also have a Junior Ninja Warrior class for kids 3-5, that is held weekly for 45 minutes!


Parkour

Recreational

Parkour is all about moving through your environment efficiently and naturally. In this class you are going to learn how to flip, vault, do wall tricks, land safely from high drops... but most importantly learn how to use your body and explore your potential through movement.

This class will enhance your strength, flexibility, agility, coordination and body movement awareness


Structure of the class:

5 minutes general warm up

15 minutes specific warm up/conditioning

25 minutes skills training

15 minutes flow/creativity

15 minutes cool down
