Our littlest flipperz 6 months - 5 years now have their own morning class program! Each Lil Flipperz class is age-suggested but ability-based. Instructed by certified gymnastics preschool coaches ensuring your child gets the best experience to jump start their journey towards physical and character development.

My Adult and Me (12-24 months): A 30-minute coach-guided class where caregivers help their little flipper explore the basics of gross motor development, gymnastics basics, imaginative play, and hand-eye coordination.

Terrific 2's: A 30-minute class where your 24 month-35 month flipper is ready to join class with their peers and instructor only! Coach-led, this class is all about building independence and gaining class structure fundamentals.

Tumbling 3's: A 45-minute class designed for our energetic 3-year-olds to develop skills, coordination, and confidence both in and out of the gym.

Flipping 4-5's: A 45-minute class focusing on self-confidence and getting them ready to progress to our JR gymnastics classes! A great steppingstone for wherever they go next!

Our TOT Time is specifically designed for young preschoolers and babies. Preschoolers under three and babies beginning at six months are invited to explore the world of gymnastics on their terms through our TOT Time program. TOT Time at Carolina Flipz goes beyond a simple non-instructional indoor playground. With a trained and credentialed USA Gymnastics safety certified instructor on the floor at all times, parents will have access to professional assistance. Our goal is to create and educational environment that provides a safe, positive, healthy and fun opportunity for your little one to explore and discover a new world!
