From jumping to rolling and flipping to the balance beam, we offer levels for our recreational gymnastics and tumbling programs to meet your child's current skill level. Our coaches work with each child to help them dominate existing skills and learn new techniques, to give them the confidence to feel empowered on and off the mat.

NINJA

NINJA - A NEW TAKE ON FITNESS

Carolina Flipz Ninja Warrior program has several benefits for your child. They will learn focus and concentration, increase agility, improve flexibility and balance, gain confidence, spatial awareness, and functional skills. Our program is designed to harness your child's limitless energy for a total body workout that builds strength, endurance, and character.

TUMBLING

WHY TUMBLING AT CAROLINA FLIPZ?

This class focuses on power tumbling and movement on floor and trampoline. We will emphasize on how the skills are executed and celebrate the improved form and consistency in skill growth. Their understanding of terminology, body shaping and conditioning will increase as they face new drills for skill maturity.

PRESCHOOL

Our Lil Flipperz 6 months - 5 years now have their own morning class program! Each Lil Flipperz class is age-suggested but ability-based. Instructed by certified gymnastics preschool coaches ensuring your child gets the best experience to jump start their journey towards physical and character development.

PARKOUR

RECREATIONAL & COMPETITIVE!

Parkour is all about moving through your environment efficiently and naturally. In this class you are going to learn how to flip, vault, do wall tricks, land safely from high drops... but most importantly learn how to use your body and explore your potential through movement. This class will enhance your strength, flexibility, agility, coordination and body movement awareness

Our adult programs are designed to help you stay active, de-stress, and connect with others in a fun and welcoming environment! Join us for Morning Yoga or flip into fun at our
First Friday Flipz with Adult Friends, an open gym exclusively for adults every first Friday of the month. Whether you're stretching, flipping, or just having fun, these programs are perfect for adults of all skill levels looking to embrace movement and community!

Fun filled, action packed, structured gymnastics based camps! Campers will engage in rotating between the main gymnastics events throughout the day to help progress their skills as well as play organized games and obstacle courses that coordinate with our weekly themes!
