This is not your ordinary hula hoop. Lyra can also be beautifully challenging and mentally freeing using a combination of ground work, climbs, stands, spins and sits through the metal hoop for a total body workout that builds strength, endurance, and character. We offer both 1 and 2 tab lyra for a different set of skills.

This one hour class is for both boys and girls ages 6 yrs - adults that are excited to build strength, coordination and endurance through Flipz High Flyers Lyra classes to build your safe skillsets and create combinations for routines.
