Flipz Tumble Classes

Tumblers in Training (6 yrs. - 15 yrs.)

8:1 Ratio, 1 hour class, Co-Ed

For those that have never tumbled before. This class works on the basics of tumbling to build a strong foundation to advance safely. This class focuses on: Forwards and backwards rolls, handstands, back bends, and cartwheels unsupervised.

Fundamentals to Flipz (6 yrs. - 17 yrs.)

8:1 Ratio, 1 hour class, Co-Ed

Works on the fundamentals with great technique. This class focuses on the lead up skills and specific elements for flight tumbling: Round offs, blocking drills, handstand hops, front and back walkovers, snap downs and beginning movements for the back and front handspring.

Hands on Handsprings (6 yrs. - 17 yrs.)

8:1 Ratio, 1 hour class, Co-Ed

You have put in all the work developing your fundamentals and it’s finally time to start flipping! This class focuses on front and back handsprings, jump – handspring combo, round off back handsprings, and multiple handsprings.

Let's Tuck About It (6 yrs. - 17 yrs.)

8:1 Ratio, 1 hour class, Co-Ed

This class will build upon the established tumbling basics and introduce them to salto flipping skills. Building upon the athletes cardio and flexibility we will also begin more repetitions of strength conditioning to faster progress their tumbling skills. After you master your handsprings it’s time to start tucking! Set high and pull tight - This class works on Round off tucks, standing tucks, front tucks, and advanced combination passes.

Terrific Twisters

8:1 Ratio, 1 hour class, Co-E

This class will build upon the established salto tumbling and introduce them to layouts and twisting skills. Athletes will increase cardio, flexibility, and strength conditioning to faster progress their tumbling skills. In this class the athlete ultimately will learn to combine skills together as well as land unsupervised standing/running layouts, full and/or double full twisting elements.
